Construction started on September 12, 2007.

First Wall Raising Event was on Thursday September 13 at 11:00 AM with Mrs Carcieri and her husband Governor Carcieri, other elected officials, guests, Habitat board, families and volunteers.

LOWE's is the major sponsor.

Current Status: Exterior completed, flooring in progress (nearly completely installed). Painting in progress. Kitchen cabinets to be installed soon. Porch in progress

The house will be completed and dedicated as planned on March 22, 2008
